Growing up in the Information Age has led me to develop a natural affinity for technology, which I have honed over the years. Being the oldest grandson and nephew in large family, they have come to rely on me for help with their technologoical needs. I figured that not everyone has someone like me around to lend them a hand, and figured that others in the area could benefit from having a cheap and convenient "grandson" on call. "the computer is being slow", "I need help connecting this device", "the TV is messed up", and many more issues such as these are all things I've been known to solve. With each new device and innovation that comes out many of our parents and grandparents are left behind, unable to take advantage of these new resources because the don't know how to operate them or don't even know they exist. This is exactlly where we come in!

Our mission is to provide hassle-free, reliable, and convenient assistance to individuals and businesses, offering services such as password recovery, account security, virus and malware removal, analog media digitization, desktop customization and personalization, device integration, software troubleshooting, and memory backup. While we specialize in Quality-of-Life fixes and software solutions, we currently do not handle hardware repairs. However, our technicians are skilled at recognizing hardware issues and providing appropriate recommendations.
